Our foundation
Our choir was founded in 1993, and from 2002 it has become an association. Our members are amateur singers who have been united by the love of music.

Our musical creed
Our repertoire includes well-known works of choral literature, secular and church pieces, spirituals, and arrangements of folk songs. Maintaining our local traditions is very important to us.
Our performances and events
We regularly participate in the cultural life and community events of the city of Diósd. We often perform at events in other cities, and occasionally participate in foreign music and choir festivals. We have a choir camp every summer, which supports the development and maintenance of proper intonation, while we also learn new pieces of music. We welcome anyone to join us, who likes to sing and wants to be a member of a great community.
Our qualifications and professional achievements:
2022. 13th Cracovia Internetional Music Festival
2017. The national qualification concert organized by the Association of Hungarian Choirs, Bands and Folk Music Ensembles in Tatabánya. In the mixed faculty category, we achieved a Gold degree, thanks to the preparation led by conductor Katalin Szabó
2013-2015. SOL project, with the participation of nine choirs from nine European countries. The program series was created with the support of the European Union and the cooperation of the Tempus Public Foundation
2011-2013. Sing-Song project: the EU-supported international music program covering five countries. For its performance, the Tempus Public Foundation awarded our choir with the „Culture of International Cooperation” award.
2007. Prague International Advent and Christmas Festival and Competition – bronze rating
2004. In Riva del Garda – international choir competition
– gold 2 rating in the mixed faculty category
– Silver 8 rating in the Musica Sacra category
